Vendor Application

Dancing Dragonfly Winery is happy to invite vendors to participate in various public events. This online vendor application can be used to apply for one or more events. Application to a DDW event does not guarantee acceptance. While not officially juried events, a committee screens all products for uniqueness, demonstrations, previous participation at a DDW event, and a balance of products event-wide. Vendor fee payments are processed after the application has been approved, and further event details are emailed closer to the specific events.

Outdoor events include the Intuitive Living Expo, The Bazaar, Wine & Cheese Festival, and Grape Stomp. Booth space for retail vendors is 10' x 10'. Food vendor space 20' x10'. Vendors supply their own tables, tents, chairs, and signage.

Holiday Boutiques are indoors. DDW provides a 6' or 8' table with chairs. Additional tables are not allowed. Limited electricity is available.

Vendor fees are $50 for one day events, and $75 for two day events (Grape Stomp Festival).

Vendor Agreement* (required)
In this agreement, Dancing Dragonfly, LLC is referred to as DDW, and the person responsible for the booth is referred to as Vendor.

Vendor agrees to:
Set up their booth during the times designated in the event vendor welcome email;
Sell only items pre-approved by DDW;
Set up booth in area assigned by DDW;
Be open at all times during the event, any Vendor who leaves early or does not show up will not be accepted back to future events nor will a refund be granted;
Not sell beverages of any kind;
Procure and demonstrate required Wisconsin permits; and
Park in the designated vendor parking areas once their materials are unloaded.

Vendor also agrees to:
1. Assumption of Risk. The Vendor acknowledges that every precaution will be taken by DDW to ensure a safe environment. In the absence of willful misconduct or gross negligence, DDW will not be responsible for any injuries to any parties connected to Vendor.
2. Waiver of Liability. The Vendor agrees to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue DDW from any and all liabilities, claims, losses, demands, or causes of action, except in the event of gross negligence of DDW.
3. Hold Harmless and Indemnification. The Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DDW from and against every loss, claim, expense (including attorney's fees and costs), liability, or payment, by reason of any damages or injury to person or property (including loss of use or theft thereof) directly or indirectly arising out of, or in connection with, this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

Vendor acknowledges that they completely read and fully understand this Agreement.
