Bolero is a classic Ruby Port; perfect after a nice dinner with a little cheese or chocolate. It has a wonderfully smooth yet complex body with notes of cherry, cocoa, and mocha. Bolero is a great balance of flavors with gentle acids and a sweet, lingering finish that make this a memorable dessert wine.
Winemaker’s notes: Bolero is a sweet dessert wine made from primarily Sangiovese grapes.
