Pony is a well-balanced, light, fruit-driven blush wine. We get cherry, cantaloupe, and hibiscus on the nose. Cherry predominates on the tongue, with apricot and hints of cantaloupe and apple.
Winemaker’s notes: Pony in an off-dry rosé made from a blend of cold climate grapes. Recommended Pairing: Boar’s Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese or Boar’s Head Sandwich Style Pepperoni.
