Calypso is made entirely from cold-climate grapes—mostly Frontenac Gris. It has a burst of fruit in the nose, we smell mostly pear with a little peach. When tasted, we get notes of nectarine and lemon/lime. It has a bold, clean, refreshing finish. Winemaker’s notes: Calypso is a sweet white wine made primarily with Frontenac Gris grapes.
